The Government Spokesperson Dr. Isaac Mwaura joined the people of Kisumu County and the Luo Nation in a thanksgiving service in honour of the appointment of Senator Fred Outa as the Kenyan ambassador to the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Hon. Outa will also lead the Kenyan missions in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan as well as the Kenyan mission in the State of Eritrea.
He commended his good friend, whom he served with in the 3rd Senate of Kenya, as he embarks on his new duty as our top diplomat in Cairo.
